Recognizing constraints on change that sometimes exist in government agencies, public servants must seek new ways to inspire creativity and capitalize on the ingenuity of their colleagues.  Tapping into the creative energy of your workforce can break the cycle of applying half-hearted solutions to the same old problems.  Explore the concept of “design thinking” and how it can help you innovatively tackle workplace issues and establish enthusiasm and momentum within your program.
